Deposits & Cancellation:

A deposit of 50% or one nights stay, whichever is greater, is charged to Visa or MasterCard at the time your reservation is made. Reservations booked within the cancellation period 14 days prior to arrival are non-cancelable . Once reserved you are responsible for the entire stay. Should you need to cancel outside the cancellation period, we will gladly refund the deposit less a $25.00 per room, cancellation fee. For cancellations made within the cancellation period we will refund your deposit less a $25.00 per room cancellation fee only if we are able to resell the rooms over the entire reservation period. Package bookings require full payment at time of booking. Cancellations must be made via booking method. Daily $5.00 resort fee is not included in rate.
